What is the turn-around time?
We will typically process your samples within 1-2 weeks unless your samples are required to be run fresh. Samples are processed on a first come first basis, so turn-around time is dependent on how many samples you submit and our current workload.
How will I receive my results?
We will email you the results in an excel file.
How do I submit my samples?
Please visit our sample prep and sample submission page.
Will my samples be run in replicates?
Each sample will be run as a singlet, unless indicated on your sample submission form.
What if I want a sample run again?
If your sample fails to run due to an error on our part, we will re-run the sample free of charge.
